The first passenger "Boeing 767-300" in the
history of Georgian aviation is in the fleet of "Georgian Airways"
"Georgian Airways" constantly cares for the comfort of its
passengers, serving them with modern aircraft. For this purpose, "Georgian
Airways" continues to expand its fleet.
"Boeing 767-300"
aircraft was leased to "Georgian Airways" from the largest US
company. It should be noted that most of the aircrafts of the "Georgian
Airways" fleet are transferred from the US leasing company. This aircraft
is the first wide-body passenger plane in the history of Georgian aviation.
First Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development
Levan Davitashvili and President of Georgian Airlines Group Tamaz Gaiashvili
inspected the first passenger "Boeing 767-300" at Tbilisi
International Airport. Tamaz Gaiashvili informed Levan Davitashvili about the
advantages, safety and high standards of comfort of the said airline.
"Boeing 767-300" is one of the most popular aircraft for US airlines.
It is characterized by high safety and special comfort for passengers. The
advantage of "Boeing 767-300" is continuous, long direct flights. Plane has the possibility of a continuous 12-hour direct flight. The
250-seat aircraft has a first-class cabin. All seats, both first and business
class, as well as economy class seats are equipped with individual control and
multimedia systems. Together with the Minister of Economy and Sustainable
Development, his deputy Mariam Kvrivishvili, director of "Union of Georgian
Airports" Irakli Karkashadze, head of "Georgian Air Navigation" Gocha
Mezvrishvili, general manager of "TAV Georgia" company Tea Zakaradze
and general director of "Georgian Airlines" Irakli Mezvrishvili
visited the airport together with the Minister of Economy and Sustainable
Development.
