choose your Business Class Seat free of charge.
Economy class
You can choose your favorite seat when purchasing the ticket. If you do
not want to book a seat in advance it will be free of charge during the online check-in.
The cost of the seats in
Economy class:
Ø The
first two rows - 45 Euro;
Ø Emergency
exit - 55 Euro;
Ø All
other standard seats - 9 Euro
If you purchase a premium
and business class ticket, you will be able to travel in business class premium
seats for free. Seats can be purchased online from our official website, as
well as through our call center: [email protected]

Please note that in case of returning the ticket, ancillary services are not refundable.
In case of changing your booking, your selected
seat might not be available on the new flight, due to this reason
we reserve the right to reseat passengers for safety reasons.
The airline reserves the right to replace the
aircraft. In the event of an aircraft replacement,
passengers who have paid for the “seat selection” service will be provided with
seats on the plane that are similar in price and comfort, while maintaining the
following parameters:
Ø Cost of services;
Ø Location of the place relative to the
window / aisle;
Ø Joint seating, if one was originally
selected;
Ø Placement in the front row of the cabin, if
one was originally selected.
Emergency Exit Row Seat
If you have selected an exit row seat you must be willing
and able to assist our cabin crew in the event of an evacuation and the
following must apply to you:
Ø You are
not travelling with a child younger than 13 years of age.
Ø You are
able to hear, understand or act upon instructions given by our crew members in
Georgian, English or Russian Languages.
Ø You
don´t have a condition that might prevent you from performing any or all
evacuation assistance functions, or that might injure you while performing such
functions.
Ø You are
willing to assist our authorized cabin crew with any evacuation tasks which
might be assigned to you.
Ø For the
Emergency Exit Seat, check-in is available only at the airport before
departure.

Note: If you do not comply with all the above requirements, you may be refused
during check-in at the airport. Please be informed that the paid amount is
non-refundable.
Online Check-In
Enhance your experience and save time at the airport
by checking-in online. Choose your seat, print your boarding pass, go to the
check-in counters at the airport to check your luggage.
Online check-in for all flights open 24h prior departure.
During online check-in you can choose the standard
seats free of charge.

To check in online for a code-share flight, please visit the
website of an operating airline. The flight of the operating carrier is
indicated on your ticket. In some cases, you may check in also at our partner
airline’s site ( e.g. such as on the route AMS-TBS).
If you need a special service such as service for unaccompanied
minor, travelling with a pet, wheelchair, or you are travelling in a group, you
will need to check-in at the airport.
