Terms And Conditions Of Ticket Refund

To get a refund for the tickets purchased in an agency or another online webpages, please contact the agency where you have issued the tickets.

After sending the refund request, the airline will review application and in case of confirmation, the agency will provide the refund.

To request refund for  the tickets purchased from the official webpage of Georgian Airways, please contact to: online@georgian-airways.com 

The operator will check the possibility of refund according to your ticket cancelation policy and calculate the refund amount if applicable. The answer will be sent to your email.
